Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info @ slic.world immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If solving the issue includes returning a product, we will provide you with instructions over email. If a product is faulty, we offer exchange or refund depending on your preference.
